Account balance report does not have a default account

Print Account Balance doesn't fill in acct number if subledgered acct
Symptoms:
If you select a subledgered account or an inactive account then click on Reports and choose the Account Balance report, it does not fill in the account number. It does if you select a non-subledgered active account.
Solution:
Revised code to include subledgered, inactive and inactive-subledgered types of account that should be displayed in the text box on the acprtbal form when selected on the accounts tree for an Account Balance Report.
