Can't see the full PO description nor justification once PO is issued
Symptoms:
I entered a PO with a description and a justification of the maximum of 255 characters. You can see the entire contents of both fields by scrolling through them until you issue the PO. After that the scroll bars on both these text boxes are disabled. They should be enabled so the user can read the full information.
Solution:
Revise the Identity tab of the PO header form so that the Subject and Justification text boxes are large enough to contain the maximum 255 characters of text.
