Supplier payment form buttons are not shown.
Symptoms:
If user screen resolution is 800 x 600, buttons on the Supplier Payment Add/Change form are not visible, so it's difficult to add or change information.
Solution:
Reformat/reposition form controls to accommodate low res 800x600 screen.
