Stock Detail Costs form resizing
Symptoms:
StDetails.frm - resizing is really bad - flashes and then snaps back. Also buttons are cut off at the bottom.
Solution:
Form stDetails, event Form_Resize modified to allow further adjust of controls when the form is being resized and avoid the flashing.
