Solution:
1. Extracted data on the report included items outside the date range specified. These extraneous items have been removed. 2. Child equipment of checked parents appeared unchecked, yet the report included chilren of all checked parents. The selection tree now properly shows the child equipment as checked. 3. Help now appears on pressing the F1 key.
