Bank Reconciliation doesn't validate GL accounts nor next chq#
Symptoms:
The GL account, discount account and next chq fields allow invalid data to be entered. In the case of the GL accounts, it tells you the value is invalid but still lets you save anyway.
Solution:
This patch ensures that the next cheque number is a valid entry. Edits on the G/L account will be included in a future patch.
