Some filters not being used by the Equipment Work History report.
Symptoms:
The Equipment Work History report does not filter the results by the trades, types and statuses selected by the user.
Solution:
The results are now filtered by trade, type and status. Also, the drilldown tabs shows the equipment on it instead of some meaningless number.
