Add the MINWOSTATUS_PR covalue option to PR/Bids covalue form
Symptoms:
Add the MINWOSTATUS_PR covalue option to the prCodes form so that the minimum status a work order must have before purchase requisition charges are allowed against it, can be readily defined by a user with the appropriate privileges.
Solution:
prCodes form now have a new combobox with all the valid MINWOSTATUS_PR values so the user can easily choose one and save it as a default.
