With block variable blah, blah message in RunJob if report not found
Symptoms:
When launching a report that is not on disk, the application shows the cryptic message, "Object variable or with block not set". It would be useful to have a meaningful message e.g. The requested report must be added to the 4Site\Report directory. -including the actual file name e.g. myReport.rpt would also help the user to take the appropriate action.
