Supplier Accruals report includes releases against blankets.
Symptoms:
Supplier Accruals report includes releases against blankets that user does not believe should be there.
Solution:
With two-way service matching on, the system will automatically create receipts for service lines when the voucher is posted to maintain internal consistency. Release purchase orders do not actually require these receipts and they will show up as accruals. The automatic service receipts for release po's create by the voucher application are no longer created.
