Error copying req to blanket PO
Symptoms:
Attempting to copy a requisition to a blanket PO generates the following error. "The statement has been terminated. String or binary data would be truncated."
Solution:
A property default was not set and it was triggering the error. The PoVoRct property now has a correct initialization value. Also code was added to store the date and time when a sql datetime field is used.
