"Message" not passed when using "Insert Step" in Req Approval/Workflow
Symptoms:
When inserting a workflow step (on the Workflow To Date tab) the text entered in the Message textbox on the Send To tab is not saved.
Solution:
The message field was ignored by the Insert code. It was changed to include the text from the message for inserts.
