Receipt header display problems
Symptoms:
When a receipt is opened, up in the right hand corner of the page, the receipt screen buttons are overlaying the receipt information. This started happening after the last upgrade.
Solution:
The form's minimum size was changed to accommodate all the data and to prevent button overlapping, also positioning of some buttons was changed.
