GST Over/Under report does not balance
Symptoms:
Project 02983, patch 50.037.001 added two new columns to the transaction line table (trnline). In that project, if no tax information was required, null characters were written in the new tax code and tax version columns, except in the case of issues processed in Picking and Shelving.
Solution:
Fix stores issue transaction to write out NULLs for taxcode and taxvers when the taxcode is blank. This brings consistency to all applications that write transaction records.
