Insert error running Work Order Costs report
Symptoms:
Attempting to run the Work Order Costs report from Run Job results in the following error. "Insert error: Column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition". The error is repeated four times.
Solution:
Project 2546, Work Order Completion codes added a new graph to 4Site that showed a count of work orders of a specified work order type, within a specified date range, grouped by competion code. This Crystal report modified a result table used by an existing report, WOrk Order Costs. Unfortunately, the Work Order Costs report was not changed to reflect the new columns added. The Work Order Costs now has its own result table, to eliminate any confusion with the Work Order Completion report
