Lang Error in Create PO from Req which is closed
Symptoms:
Bridget was creating a PO from a req. She accidentally put in the wrong req#. Instead of 98362, she put in 68362, which is closed. Received message: Unable to find language entry for clsPReq(CCL). Please contact 4Site Support. Message should say you’re trying to create a PO from a closed req. When she clicked on the OK button, it brought up the req lines as if to select, but to a different vendor. Just by coincidence, both reqs are for office supplies. She phoned saying the req is bringing up the wrong office-supply vendor, not realizing she had keyed in the wrong Req#.
Solution:
Status values Closed, In Buying and In Closure were added to the appropriate message file.
