Unable to close fiscal period.
Symptoms:
Unable to select Closed or Closed to Accounting from the status pulldown when attempting to close a fiscal period.
Solution:
This problem occurs when no previous fiscal period has been closed for the chart in which you are attempting to close a fiscal period. The code has been modified to correct this problem.
