Error when printing the delivery ticket

Symptoms:
In some cases, the Delivery Ticket does not print any information.
Solution:
The Delivery ticket prints normally when the PO related to the Receipt originated from a PR. the above scenario occurs when there is no originating purchase requisition. Revised Sql select statement, which populates the temp table, to handle the case where there is no PR data for the PO. This problem would only be apparent if patch 50.035.018 has been installed.
