JV Import doesn't work for multi task workorders

Problem with JV Import against multitask WOs.
Symptoms:
Importing JVs against multitask work orders resulted in the task id being zero, when it should not have been zero.
Solution:
The JV import record with a work order subledger should contain the task order for the work order. Task order is an integer column, although it is displayed zero padded on the left. The imported task order is now properly formated as an integer field before the check step.
