Cancel voucher allows you to cancel a voucher that's been posted
Symptoms:
In certain cases, a posted Voucher could be Cancelled without being first being unposted, leaving the post transactions and creating an imbalance.
Solution:
A check has been added for the Voucher posted state when determining if the Cancel option should be available. If the Voucher is posted, it must be unposted, not cancelled. If the Voucher is *not* posted, it can be cancelled.
