4Site Appropriation Error after associated Project w/no activity delet
Symptoms:
1. We created our 2010 Appropriations and then our respective Projects. On one of the projects, we gave the project an incorrect project number. After deleting the project, when we go back to the appropriation, we get an "Invalid Use of Null" message box. 2. The project application allows the deletion of a project which has transaction history. This occurs when a work order's costing is changed from a project to another project or cost code. The project application currently checks to see if there are any work orders costed to the project being deleted, but it should also check if there is any transaction history for the project in case there has been a work order cost code change.
