Error closing work orders when no completion codes exist.

Completion code is mandatory on WO Update screen when it shouldn't.
Symptoms:
When closing work orders using the Update Work Order Status window, trying to close each task separately gives me the error 'An entry is required'. The drop down boxes for Possible Cause and Action Taken are mandatory but empty, so not available for selection. Even when the cause and action fields are set to 'Not Required' from the Codes Options screen, the fields remain mandatory.
Solution:
The Work Order Status window code now checks the covalue entries set from the Codes Options screen and sets the combo boxes for cause and action appropriately.
