Fax printer no longer shows in PO or PR.
Symptoms:
Buyer is no longer able to select the FaxMaker "printer" from POs or Reqs. FaxMaker is a printer on the system, but it no longer shows up as a choice when attempting to print/fax POs or Reqs.
Solution:
Since the MS Fax enhancement, printers containing the word Fax are no longer allowed in 4Site. By changing the printer name to no longer include the word Fax it will again be available in the list of printers. A special case had to be made for the FaxMaker product to allow a printer that included the word Fax in its name to show in the list of printers.
