Cheque Spill Over - wastes cheque, screws up chq numbering

Cheque Writer doesn't record a wasted cheque number if multiple stubs
Symptoms:
If 4Site assigns the chq number and the chq requires two stubs to list all the vouchers, all cheque parts are stamped VOID until the final one which has the real cheque amounts. The chq# counter is still increasing for each one wasted. This leaves a gap in the cheque register and you should be able to account for every cheque #.
Solution:
Verify that client is using pre-printed cheque numbers by querying codes entry PRTCHQNUM. If it doesn't exist create it. When a cheque stub runs over one cheque, void the cheque # and add it to the wasted cheques table.
