Background WO Close job doesn't seem to be closing any work orders
Symptoms:
The job runs every 6 months but no work orders are being closed to accounting, even though there are thousands of eligible closed to maintenance work orders.
Solution:
The large number of work orders was causing the counters to overflow. The counters have been changed from Interger to Long to prevent this from occurring. Also code was added to print the Work Orders Automatically Closed To Accounting report to a file instead of a printer if the job is setup that way.
