Symptoms:

Solution:
The following problems relating to electronic Invoice Approvals have been fixed in this patch: . a missing comma in the sQL to insert a consignment voucher header has been replaced; . a possible infinite loop in voucher posting if a voucher cannot be routed has been handled; . a routine to correctly update the voucher status after posting has been added; . add a check for missing yet required apporvers in VOReview and VOApprove. These problems would be most apparent when EIA is not used.
