Receipt of Repair POs not sending notices to Buyers
Symptoms:
Receipts sends emails to the person entered as the Spares Mail Override Person. This stopped after the latest upgrade.
Solution:
The latest upgrade included the change to rcPoster dll. The dll does not have any person apps entries and was given a default roleid of 2. PTPC did not have a role 2, so the person lookup failed because of a lack of read permission. RcPoster now inherits the RC role id. As a result, the repair mail went to some default person.
