Toggle all does not work in Scheduling, filter flags.
Symptoms:
In the Scheduling application, filter window, the Toggle All option doesn’t work at all for the flags. It does give me the warning that at least one must be checked, but I can’t toggle in either direction.
Solution:
The toggle code now works.
