Symptoms:
Provide processing options in the following applications to allow different sites to determine if types, planners, trades and crews appear initially as mandatory and blank or mandatory and defaulted to an item in their pull-down lists:
Solution:
Work Requests (both windows and web versions), Preventative Maintenance Projects and Work Orders have been modified so that planners, crews and trades are first loaded with a blank value, but one must be selected.
