Project deleted even though transaction history exists.
Symptoms:
The project application allows the deletion of a project which has transaction history. This occurs when a work order's costing is changed from a project to another project or cost code. The project application currently checks to see if there are any work orders costed to the project being deleted, but it should also check if there is any transaction history for the project in case there has been a work order cost code change.
Solution:
Code has been added to check the transaction history for the project being deleted. If transaction history is found an error message is displayed and the project is not deleted.
