PO List Report options screen gets an error if there are no prefixes.
Symptoms:
When a report is missing an error message of "object or with block variable not found" is displayed. This was noticed in the PO List report.
Solution:
A report not found error message was set up in clsReport but it wasn't passed back to the caller. Now the error message is avaialble to the caller. Code may have to change in the calling code to work properly. Also made some fix ups for the PO List report: . no longer includes deleted lines; . if no PO prefixes found, do not quit; and . consider version when listing PO's.
