Error running supplier insurance letters.
Symptoms:
We have been trying to get these working for something, we setup some suppliers with the suptype of DELIVERIES. We are trying to create the expiry letters just for this specific type, but looks like something is missing. I have attached the error message received. Any idea’s?
Solution:
User ran supplier selection SQL and it returned 0 rows, which it should with the days set at 30. He changed the days to 180 as in the screen shot, ran it again and 3 rows were returned. In one spot, the program was not be using the date interval specified in the COdes entry, but was using the default of 30 days. This has been corrected.
