Add line button not enabling correctly for New Contract if type chgd
Symptoms:
If you add a New Contract - all items - it creates a blanket so the line button should not enable. That works. however, if I change it to 'specific items' the add line button should enable - it doesn't. Conversely if I add it originally as 'specific items' then change to 'all items' the line button is still enabled.
Solution:
If a purchase requisition header is changed, call function EnabledOperations to determine which tool buttons and menu options should be enabled or disabled.
