Receipt of Repair POs not sending notices to Buyers
Symptoms:
Receipts sends emails to the person entered as the Spares Mail Override Person in the Codes application. This stopped after the latest upgrade and instead the mail is going to the planner or requisition originator.
Solution:
The latest upgrade included the change to rcPoster.dll. The dll does not have any person apps entries and was given a default roleid of 2. PTPC did not have a role 2, so the person lookup failed because of a lack of read permission, so the mail went to the planner on the work order or the originator of the requisition. RcPoster now inherits the RC role id.
