Voucher can't be posted because of imbalance.
Symptoms:
A voucher will not post even though it shows as balanced. The voucher post calculations show an imbalance for a voucher in a foreign currency.
Solution:
The post calculations for a foreign currency were changed to handle rounded tax amounts.
