EQ Types - change type name triggers duplicate key if no nameplate
Symptoms:
When changing the name/description of an equipment type, any workorders referencing the old name are not updated to reflect the new name. Also, the title of the template(if any) is not updated to reflect the new name.
Solution:
When an equipment type is changed, workorders referencing the type are updated to reflect the new name. Any template title is also updated.
