Bids line extras have problems similar to PR (request 03133)
Symptoms:
1. Line extras cannot be saved from the Bid Request Line screen. 2. Changing the line quantity in the Line grid on the Bid screen also updates the quantity of line extras even if they are set to "Total for Line".
Solution:
1. Line extras can now be saved from the Bid Request Line screen. 2. On the Bid screen, the line extra quantity for "Total for Line" extras will no longer be updated to the parent lines's quantity. This quantity will always remain as 1. "Per Line Unit" extras will continue to have their quantity changed to match their parent.
