Can some PR copy defaults be turned off
Symptoms:
When envoking the purchase requisition copy option, there are buttons for copying cost codes, deliver to's, attachments, custom entries and WO resources. By default, all of these options are turned on. This causes problems, as the user takes the defaults and creates a new requisition that may have the wrong cost code or the wrong delivery location. Can the default values for the cost code button and the deliver to button be changed to unchecked so that the user is forced to enter new data for this data?
Solution:
New entries have been added to the COdes application to set the default option for copying purchase requisition costing, delivery information, attachments, custom entries and work order purchase resources. These options can also be set under the Edit menu in the Purchase Requisition application.
