VO check for duplicate invoice is wrong - has to ignore cancelled VO's
Symptoms:
Vouchers can be set to warn the user when a voucher is entered with an invoice number that has already been used for the supplier on the voucher. The check will now ignore Canceled vouchers.
Solution:
The SQL statement that looks for duplicate invoice numbers for a supplier will now ignore Canceled vouchers.
