Duplicate accounts on budget lines.
Symptoms:
The validate which is performed when importing an account budget does not check for duplicate account numbers.
Solution:
A duplicate account is now flagged when an account budget is imported. The user must edit the excel spread sheet and remove the duplicate rows once they are flagged.
