Account cannot be made inactive
Symptoms:
When trying to set an account to inactive a message is displayed saying the account is in use on an open PO. After reversioning the PO and changing the costing on the line the message still appears when inactivating the account.
Solution:
The inactivation code has been modified to only check the maximum poline version.
