voreceipt is missing some vouchers if you do multiple vouchers
Symptoms:
No voreceipt records were created when entering a debit voucher. Voreceipt records were not created when entering a voucher for a credit po.
Solution:
Modifications were made to the code which creates the voreceipt records in the receipt and voucher applications.
