Error requesting WO Activity report

Missing qjob entries on fresh install
Symptoms:
When you request the WO Activity report, the selection of cost centres shows a list of cost centres. If you click on the lookup button to change the list, you get an Invalid Choice message box.
Solution:
Removed the default list of cost centre parameters using the RunJob utility, to enable entry of the local site cost centres.
