Users with read only access to Equipment can Add/Delete Custom Entries
Symptoms:
Users setup with Read access to Equipment for query are able to access the Equipment Edit Menu and add/change/delete Custom Entries.
Solution:
Disabled the Edit menu(which contains Custom Entries and Equipment Types) if the user does not have full access to “eq” datatype. Since we don't have specific datatypes for these entities, we disable the menu options entirely based on the "eq" datatype.
