Temporarily moved equipment cannot be moved back
Symptoms:
Attempting to move a System following a certain sequence of events could result in a temporary Marker that you can't get rid of.
Solution:
Moving a System is always supposed to be a permanent move and never a temporary move. But through a specific sequence of actions, a temporary System move could be achieved. This would result in undesired behaviour on the Marker since it is an unexpected object. This loop-hole sequence of actions has been eliminated. Also fixed: clicking on move/copy toolbutton without first tabbing off current field resulting in attempting to complete the operation with unvalidated data.
