PM Detail report shows triggers for EQ that don't allow WO's
Symptoms:
1. the PM Details report has a column header for EQ but doesn't show it in some cases. 2. the task doesn't always show either. 3. PM Detail report shows tasks/triggers for EQ that don't allow WO's. It would be nice to flag these lines to indicate that they are on the pm but don't allow WO's.
Solution:
1. An Equipment name would not show up on the report when its length exceeded the field length in the result table. The output is now truncated to the proper length so that at least some of the name is displayed. 2. This is the same issue as #1 and corrected in the same manner. 3. Tasks on Equipment that do not allow Work Orders will now be marked with "***". The reports now have a footnote to explain that the "***" means that the Task will not generate a Work Order due to the Equipment not allowing them.
