Symptoms:
After turning off "Automatically forward approval requests to alternates (VOAPPALT)", Voucher Approval emails start including an attachment that launches the Voucher application instead of the Voucher Approval application.
Solution:
The VOAPPALT setting was incorrectly being used to decide what type of email attachment to create. The correct setting to use is the VOAPRAPP setting. This has been corrected.
