Can't set a PM task to inactive if the equipment no longer allows WO's
Symptoms:
Trying to make a change to a PM Task whose Equipment no longer allows Work Orders fails because the Equipment is no longer a valid selection.
Solution:
When changing an existing Task whose Equipment is no longer valid, we will ignore the "Invalid" error if the Equipment remains unchanged. This allows other changes to be made to the Task while keeping the original Equipment even though it is now invalid.
