VO posts to inactive price variance or rounding accounts
Symptoms:
If you set the price variance or rounding account to inactive you can still post vouchers which create transaction lines to that account.
Solution:
When Voucher is started up, the Price Variance and Rounding accounts(if any) will be checked to see if they are still valid. If any are found to be no longer valid, the user will be alerted to which accounts are no longer valid and warned that any transaction posted against the accounts will be suspensed until the accounts are updated to valid accounts.
