Changing PO costing on line 1 doesn't change pocost record

PO line error costing to diff warehouse from the default one
Symptoms:
Create a non-stock PO with 2 lines on it both costed to the header costing to an account. Change line 2's costing to another account. Save the costing screen and save the line screen. Check the pocost. It did not change. The only way I could change it was to add a New costing. Note: this behavious only happens to cost set 1. I found that if I added new costing to line 2 and saved it then went back and changed costset 2 it did keep the changes.
Solution:
The wrong value for the costing record was being sent to the function that saves the costing. This was fixed.
